Catherine Broomand, PhD, ABPP-CN
Past President
Dr. Broomand is a clinical neuropsychologist and the former Director of the Youth Sports Concussion Program at Kaiser Permanente. She is also a member of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's Pediatric Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Guideline Workgroup. She was a recipient of the David Lawrence Community Service Award for her work with concussion, named 2013 Healthcare Hero by the Sacramento Business Journal, and named one of the Forty under 40 in 2013.
MindGame (formerly the Sacramento Valley Concussion Care Consortium) is a unique collaboration between healthcare providers from the four major healthcare systems in the greater Sacramento Valley (Kaiser Permanente, UC Davis Health Systems, Sutter Health, and Mercy/Dignity Health) and private practice sports medicine physicians (Rocklin Family & Sports Medicine and El Dorado Hills Sports Medicine). We are dedicated to ensuring a safe athletic experience for athletes and promoting a nationally recognized standard of care that is collaborative and multidisciplinary in nature.

Jeff Tanji, MD
Dr. Tanji is the Associate Medical Director of Sports Medicine for UC Davis Health System. He is team physician for UC Davis, Davis High School, Sacramento City College, American River College, and Folsom Lake College. He is also a founding member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
Dr. Solomon is a clinical neuropsychologist with Mercy's Outpatient Rehabilitation Program.

Ms. Eaton is a physical therapist and Client Services Liaison for Mercy's Home and Community Reintegration Program serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries.
Dr. Levine is a clinical neuropsychologist and Assistant Director of the Youth Sports Concussion Program at Kaiser Permanente.
